Gaudry Normand and Pauline Normand discovered the pure tones and the energy-enhancing properties of pure quartz crystal instruments in 1994. They play many different types of crystal instruments such as: singing bowls (crystal vessels), didgeridoo and harps (Quartzophone®). Pioneers on these instruments, between 1994 and 2019 they gave over 1,200 SonoMeditation® concerts in Canada, Europe, India, Egypt and the United States. They have recorded three albums: CrystalÉnergie in 1996, Crystal Christmas in 2005 and SonoMeditation in 2019.

As we do not offer concerts anymore, we suggest you practice the SonoMeditation method while you listen to the SonoMeditation album; you will experience the wonderful, relaxing effects of our music! Here is an introduction to the practice:

In a quiet place, with the SonoMeditation album playing softly, sit upright in a comfortable chair with your eyes closed and allow yourself to be charmed by the music. When thoughts inevitably arise, favour the sound i.e., gently bring your attention back to the music. Relax in this way for five or ten minutes, twice a day and enjoy the life-enhancing benefits!

Sit back, relax and absorb the crystalline energy. During a concert you simply close your eyes and let the music flow gently over and through you. In this way you easily meditate and enjoy a peaceful feeling.

SonoMeditation concerts were offered from 1994 to 2019.

During a concert we play about 100 perfectly tuned crystal instruments and make them ‘sing’ harmoniously together. You will hear Quartzophone instruments (harp and lyra), singing bowls, didgeridoo, pyramids, rainstick and much more.
